User Comment Writing Guidelines

The best source of feedback comes from those that use the products and resources in this Directory. We encourage you to give us your opinions of our resources to let us and others know your opinion.

While we encourage you to express yourselves freely, there is a need to impose a few guidelines to prevent misuse and abuse of this system. At no time do we censor or edit comments without the express written approval of the author. All comments you read about the resources are directly and fully written by that author.

How the submission process works

When you submit a comment, it is registered with us. Within the next five business days, someone here will look at your comment to ensure that it is appropriate to the resource and does not violate any of the rules below. If your comment is approved, it will immediately become viewable in the Directory. If your comment is rejected, an e-mail will be sent to you detailing the reasons why your comment was rejected. At that time, you can re-edit your comment and re-submit. It is our policy to never reject a sumbitted comment without notifying the author.

If you need to edit your comment (whether it is currently approved or not), you can click on the "My Comments" link from the "My Directory" section at any time. This allows you to update, change, or delete your comment(s). Please note, any time you change your comment, it will be subject to the approval process. This means that if your comment is currently viewable in the Directory and you alter it is any way, your comment will be taken offline until it can be reviewed.

Rules and Guidelines

  • No profanity will be tolerated
  • Due the Children Online Privacy Protection Act, we respectfully limit comments to be submitted by those over the age of thirteen.
  • All comments must apply in a direct way to a given resource
  • Facts that are knowlingly misleading or libelous to the creators of the resource are prohibited
  • As an agent of NASA, we may be directed to remove a comment at their behest.
